An annual service will ensure maximum efficiency from the unit. Cool-Serve will automatically register you on our maintenance database and will notify you when a service is due.

We have qualified service technicians capable of handling any repair situation should the need ever arise and our tracking process ensures we see any problem through to finality.

All air conditioning systems sold by Cool-Serve Pty Ltd offer as standard a 5 year manufacturers warranty on parts and related warranty labour.

Cool-Serve Pty Ltd warrants installation works for a 2 year period. Customers taking up our annual maintenance program benefit from an extension to 5 year installation warranty period, provided they continue to have their systems maintained by us at least once a year. Warranty is effective from the date of hand over.

FAULT DIAGNOSTIC COSTS
Diagnostic Call Out - Up to 1 hour	$155 for existing customers with systems out of warranty period.
Repair Labour charges	$95 per hour for one technician, if additional help is required due to complexity or heavy lifting, the charge will be $135 per hour.
Gas – R22	$55 per kg
Gas – R407c & R410A	$75 per kg
Replacement parts and materials	These will be quoted for your acceptance prior to order.
